As teenagers we know that these growing years of our life can be complicated and demanding. Deep down we are not quite sure of who we are, what we want to be or whether the choices we make from day to day are the best decisions. However, the truth of the matter is that we always know the right thing to do the hard part is doing it. Moreover, it is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no person can sincerely help another without helping oneself. Therefore, the purpose of this not for profit org. is to spread awareness through dialectics. Our action plan would be to engage small group directed discussions that encourage abstinence and lead to real changes in attitudes and actions.

Self-esteem building exercise to help teens value who they are, the choices they make and their ability to resist peer pressures. Structured interaction with parents/guardians that opens communication and encourages positive parental influence.

One of the principles of this org. is to unify teens from all classes & to make them a charismatic community. According to our dialectics, child & adolescent Psychiatrists and other mental health professionals agree that it is very difficult to predict a child's future behavior with complete accuracy. The common teen problems that we encounter are teens blaming others or unwilling to accept responsibility for one's own actions. Moreover recent experiences of humiliation shame stress, loss or rejection, bullying & intimidating peers on younger children. Plus foster care teens are surrounded by feeling of insecurity & uncertainty about their future. Promoting social friendships because it improves happiness & abates misery by doubling our joys & dividing our grief. Remember that truth is not violated by falsehood, it is outraged by silence. We as dwellers of a conservative society are unable to get out of our egos & illiteracy. We need to get out of this blind conservatism & to see the world with a different novel perspective.
We are an organization, which is dedicated towards spreading awareness about issues that are often sidelined. The excuses for this neglect are often presented as being part of our culture. Consequently if and when a voice is raised, it is clamped as being a product of western influence. We, on the other hand, acknowledge the freedom of thought, speech & expression allowed to us by the statutes of basic human rights manifesto. It is the same right bestowed upon us by Islam. Contrary to common belief, instilled mainly by unfortunate and baseless misinterpretation of Islam, Islam believes in the individuality and basic freedom of all human beings. Unfortunately our society, lacking all elements of civil society, is devoid of any concept of basic human rights: religious or secular. Our aim is to spread awareness about some such very basic human rights. The interaction, however, is not based on preaching but on mutual dialogue. We welcome any ideas to enhance ours, and request the same of you.
T.A.O is an Ideal discipleship program based on Islamic principles for teenagers of Pakistan & designed to help teens of both sexes to become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well & spiritually alive citizens of our society. Our noble mission is to help teens of today to get acquainted with their real possessions & position in society + to prove their worth by getting proficiency in all practical fields & areas of life.

All human actions have one & more of these seven causes i.e. chance, nature, compulsions, habit, reason, passion and desire. As Matthew Arnold said,

Resolve to be thyself and know that he;
Who finds himself loses his misery.

Suppose that we are wise enough to learn & know & yet not wise enough to control our learning & knowledge, so that we use it to destroy ourselves? Even if that is so, knowledge remains better than ignorance. It is better to know even if the knowledge endures only for the moment that comes before destruction than to attain eternal life at the price of a dull swinish lack of comprehension of a universe unseen before in all its wonder. That was the choice of Achilles & it is ours too.

We already hear to many high-sounding words & too few actions that correspond with them + the mainframe is to deal with the unconscious problems of teens, which they are unable to comprehend & which are the basis of their character & personality.
